Main production process of Blister products

1. die

When the customer confirms the sample, the gypsum mold used for proofing is used as the master mold, and after copper plating, the mold used for production is made according to a certain quantity and position, which is called mold lifting.

There are three kinds of conventional mold: gypsum mold, copper mold and aluminum mold. Among them, gypsum mold is mainly used for proofing, generally can not be used for mass production, and its production time is generally 24 hours.

The copper mold is a gypsum mold plated with a layer of copper, which has enhanced strength and wear resistance and low cost. It is the most commonly used mold for production, with a general production cycle of 100 hours, a minimum of 3 days, and a service life of about 100000.

When the number reaches more than one million, aluminum mold can be made. The aluminum mold is made of pure aluminum with high cost and machining. Generally, the molding time is 3 days. Aluminum mold has good production quality, fast heat dissipation, high product accuracy and long service life. If the customer requires accurate products and the copper mold cannot meet the accuracy requirements, aluminum mold must be made even if the quantity is small.


2. pull tab

The blister machine will automatically cut the raw material coil into the given size after heating, vacuum blister forming and cooling by the blister forming machine, which is the most important process of blister.

The length of pull piece is between 600-1170mm according to the actual needs. Different materials, different thicknesses and different requirements for temperature regulation require considerable experience of the operator. Generally, the machine adjustment test of the puller is 3 pieces. The length of each feeding of the blister machine is called the pulling length. The Dongguan Chang'an blister plant can be determined according to the length of the discharge mould.


3. punch press

Generally, the drawn products are multiple products (according to the number of die rows), which need to be punched into a single product with a knife die on the punch. This process is called punch.


4. hem

For some products that need to fold the corners on both sides or multilateral sides of the Blister products to insert paper cards, this process should be added. This process is completed by the folding machine.


5. punching

If the customer has special requirements, it is necessary to add this process to Dongguan Chang'an Blister Factory when punching the blister.


6. packaging

We must pay attention to the packaging of Blister products, and determine the appropriate packaging method according to the strictness of customer requirements, product materials, shapes, etc. If the customer has no special requirements, the method of packing and plastic bag can be adopted. For white or brightly colored products, which are easy to be scratched or cannot be pasted with dust or fingerprints, gloves are often worn during production.
